§ 401:10 — Applicability of General Corporation Law
Insurance corporations organized under the laws of this state, whether by special charter or by the general law, shall be subject to only those provisions of the laws relating to corporations in general that are not inconsistent with the provisions of Title XXXVII, the insurance code.
