§ 40:12 — Definition

New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 40 GOVERNMENT OF TOWN MEETING·Subdivision Optional Form of Meeting-Official Ballot Referenda
In this subdivision "local political subdivision" means any local political subdivision of the state whose legislative body raises and appropriates funds through an annual meeting.
