§ 39:6 — Warrant to Constable
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 39 TIME FOR HOLDING TOWN MEETINGS AND WARNING THEREOF
Warrants for town meetings may be directed to a constable of the town, requiring the constable to notify the voters; and such constable shall post an attested copy of such warrant, as provided in RSA 39:5.
