§ 39:4 — Special Meetings
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 39 TIME FOR HOLDING TOWN MEETINGS AND WARNING THEREOF
The selectmen when calling a special town meeting shall, within one week after posting the warrant therefor, cause copy of said warrant to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in said town.
