Text
Notwithstanding the exceptions to confidentiality in RSA 383:10-b, the submission of any information to any federal banking agency, state banking department, or foreign banking authority for any purpose in the course of any supervisory or regulatory process shall not be construed as waiving, destroying, or otherwise affecting any privilege such person may claim with regard to any information under federal or state law as to any person other than such agency, department, or authority.
