§ 378:48 — Rulemaking
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 378 RATES AND CHARGES·Subdivision Billing by Utility Companies
The commission shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, and consistent with rules regarding cramming adopted by the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, to enforce the provisions of this subdivision.
