§ 378:16 — Statements of Service at Less Than Schedule Rates
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 378 RATES AND CHARGES·Subdivision Equality of Rates, Etc.
Statements shall be filed with the commission, in such form as the commission shall require, showing all service of any kind granted at less than the regular schedule rates.
