§ 378:4 — Retroactive Reduction
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 378 RATES AND CHARGES·Subdivision Schedules, Etc., Generally
The commission may approve a general retroactive reduction in rates by any public utility, covering service for which payment has not been made, when no discrimination will be caused thereby.
