§ 378:34 — Termination
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 378 RATES AND CHARGES·Subdivision Joint Service and Rates
Whenever joint service has been established by 2 or more public utilities, the commission shall have authority to prevent any unjust or unreasonable termination of the same or to order the reestablishment of such service if so terminated.
