§ 378:24 — Contracts for Advertising
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 378 RATES AND CHARGES·Subdivision Equality of Rates, Etc.
All advertising contracts of public utilities shall be made at regular, established, commercial advertising rates; and such contracts shall be open to inspection by the commission and the department of energy at all times.
