§ 371:11 — Security
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 371 PROCEEDINGS TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY OR RIGHTS·Subdivision Eminent Domain
If an appeal is taken, the public utility shall also file in the office of the clerk of said court reasonable security to the satisfaction of the court for the payment of any further damages and of the costs which may be awarded to the owner upon the appeal.
