Text
The executive director, in consultation with the board, shall approve medical imaging and radiation therapy educational programs that the executive director, in consultation with the board, determines meet the criteria and standards established by the executive director in consultation with the board. The curriculum for each course of study shall be no less stringent than the standards approved by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology, Joint Review Committee on Education in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, or any other appropriate educational accreditation agency approved by the executive director in consultation with the board.
