Text

The executive director, in consultation with the board, shall issue a license to individuals in this section according to the requirements in this section. The license issued under this section shall be valid for the modality or modalities for which the licensee has achieved the required credentials: I. Limited x-ray machine operator license. To qualify for a license as a limited x-ray machine operator, an applicant shall meet the following requirements:

(a)Be at least 18 years of age;
(b)Have obtained a high school diploma or have passed an approved equivalency test;
(c)Successfully complete a course of study in limited x-ray machine operation approved by the executive director; and
(d)Pass an examination in limited x-ray machine operation approved by the board. To assess an applicant
