Beginning July 31, 2018, no person shall perform medical imaging or administer radiation therapy procedures on humans for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes as defined in this chapter or otherwise indicate or imply that the person is licensed to perform medical imaging procedures or administer radiation therapy unless that person is currently licensed under this chapter.
