The executive director, in consultation with the board, shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: I. The qualifications of applicants in addition to those required by statute. II. The content of all forms required under this chapter. III. How an applicant shall be examined, including:

(a)Time and place of examination.
(b)The subjects to be tested.
(c)Passing grade.
(d)Disposition of examination papers. IV. Ethical standards, required to be met by each limited x-ray machine operator, medical imaging professional, and radiation therapist licensed under this chapter, and how a license may be revoked for violation of these standards. V. Establishment of the scope of practice for limited x-ray machine operators, medical imaging professionals, and radiation therapists. VI. Proce
