Text
The executive director shall establish an advisory board of medical imaging and radiation therapy consisting of 3 members who are licensed and in good standing in New Hampshire as a medical imaging professional. There shall be one alternate board member who has the same qualifications set forth for advisory board members. Each member shall be appointed to a term of 3 years. No member shall serve more than 2 consecutive full terms. The advisory board shall advise the executive director regarding the implementation of this chapter.
