Text
I.Any person eligible to take an examination for a license under this chapter may apply to the office of professional licensure and certification for a permit to professionally operate temporarily pending the holding of such examination. The application shall be accompanied by the payment of a fee established by the office which shall be credited as the required examination fee.
II.A temporary permit shall authorize its holder to engage temporarily in the practice of the profession for which such permit was issued under the guidance of a licensed practitioner in a registered salon or barbershop.
