Text
The office of professional licensure and certification shall hold examinations in barbering, cosmetology, manicuring, and esthetics at least once every 6 months in such towns throughout the state as it may deem convenient for applicants and at such additional times as it may from time to time determine. The scope and content of the examinations shall be established by the board. The office shall notify all applicants at least 10 days in advance as to the place, date, and time of examinations.
