§ 30-B:7 — Discipline of Inmates
New Hampshire·Title II COUNTIES·Ch. 30-B COUNTY DEPARTMENTS OF CORRECTIONS·Subdivision Administration of Department of Corrections
If any inmate in a county correctional facility is refractory and stubborn, and refuses to work or to perform his work in a proper manner, the superintendent may put him in close confinement until he submits to perform his task and obey the superintendent's orders.
