§ 30-B:16 — Federal Prisoners
New Hampshire·Title II COUNTIES·Ch. 30-B COUNTY DEPARTMENTS OF CORRECTIONS·Subdivision Commitment of Offenders
The superintendent of the county department of corrections, may receive and keep every person duly committed thereto for any offense against the United States paying all expenses for the confinement and safekeeping of such person, at a rate established by the county commissioners of the county where such facility is located.
