§ 30-B:17 — Employment of Prisoners
New Hampshire·Title II COUNTIES·Ch. 30-B COUNTY DEPARTMENTS OF CORRECTIONS·Subdivision Employment of Offenders
All persons sentenced to imprisonment in a county department of corrections facility shall work under rules and regulations prescribed by the superintendent of the county department of corrections or the county commissioners of the county in which such facility is located.
