§ 30-B:5 — Removal of Superintendents, Officers, and Employees
New Hampshire·Title II COUNTIES·Ch. 30-B COUNTY DEPARTMENTS OF CORRECTIONS·Subdivision Administration of Department of Corrections
The provisions of RSA 28:10-a, relative to the discharge or suspension from employment of county employees, shall apply to superintendents, officers, and employees appointed by the county commissioners under this chapter.
