§ 292:22 — Legislative Amendment
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 292 VOLUNTARY CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Subdivision Legislative Amendment
The legislature may at any time alter, amend or repeal the charter of any voluntary corporation or the laws under which it was established, or may modify or annul any of its franchises, duties and liability; but the remedy against the corporation for any liability previously incurred shall not be impaired thereby.
