§ 292:13 — Deemed Corporations for What Purposes
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 292 VOLUNTARY CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Subdivision Fraternal Organizations
The trustees or other similar officers of such societies or lodges shall be deemed bodies corporate for the purpose of taking and holding in succession grants and gifts whether of real or personal estate made either to them and their respective societies or lodges and said trustees or other similar officers with the consent of the societies or lodges may convey the lands or other property of such societies or lodges.
