§ 292:20 — Exception
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 292 VOLUNTARY CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Subdivision Common Trust Funds
The provisions of RSA 292:19 shall not apply where the instrument creating the particular trust specifically prohibits collective investment or where such an investment shall violate any specific court order made in any particular trust.
