§ 292:8 — Capital Structure
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 292 VOLUNTARY CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Subdivision Powers of Corporations
The corporation may generate funds through its members, including, but not limited to:
I.Issuance of membership certificates or stock certificates, or both, in the corporation.
II.Receipt of contributions to capital.
III.Assessment of dues and fees on members.
