§ 262:15 — Master Keys; Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 262 ANTITHEFT LAWS, OFFENSES, PENALTIES, HABITUAL OFFENDERS, ARREST OF NONRESIDENTS AND ABANDONED VEHICLES·Subdivision Offenses and Antitheft Provisions
Any person who violates the provisions of RSA 262:13 and 14 shall be guilty of a class B felony if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
