Text
It shall be a misdemeanor for any person or persons to remove or cause to be removed a vehicle identification number plate assigned to a vehicle by the manufacturer or the director for the purpose of concealing the identity of a vehicle, and it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to have in his possession for such purpose such a vehicle identification number plate.
