Text

Any dealer appointed as an agent pursuant to this subdivision shall be deemed to have given its consent for authorized agents of the department and any auditor employed or commissioned by the state of New Hampshire or the municipality to examine, during usual business hours and with reasonable notice, the records required to be preserved under this chapter; provided no such agent shall be subjected to unnecessary or unreasonable examinations or investigations.
