Text
The director shall appoint those dealers that meet the reasonable security requirements and other requirements as set forth in this chapter and in rule. The appointment of any dealer for the purposes of this subdivision shall continue only as long as the ownership of the dealer remains the same, except as provided in RSA 261:74-j and RSA 261:74-q. In case of a transfer of ownership, the new owner may apply to become a dealer agent.
