Text
The department of natural and cultural resources shall instruct all wardens and other employees of the department to cooperate with the railroad deputies in the prevention and extinguishment of railroad fires, immediately to notify the nearest station agent or railroad deputy upon the discovery of a fire along the right of way, and to combat such fire until the railroad deputy or other railroad official shall assume charge.
