§ 249:18 — Reports
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 249 RAILROADS; FIRE DAMAGE AND PREVENTION·Subdivision Entry on Land
The department of natural and cultural resources or its authorized agents shall have the right to enter upon railroad or other property to ascertain facts, and from time to time shall report the same to the department of transportation.
