§ 249:14 — Failure to Object
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 249 RAILROADS; FIRE DAMAGE AND PREVENTION·Subdivision Entry on Land
If the owner shall not file an objection to such clearing with the department of transportation within 15 days from the date of such publication, he shall be deemed to have given consent.
