§ 249:17 — Assistance
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 249 RAILROADS; FIRE DAMAGE AND PREVENTION·Subdivision Entry on Land
The department of transportation may require the assistance of the department of natural and cultural resources and the director of the division of forests and lands in furnishing information pertinent to carrying out RSA 249:16.
