Text
I.Any county may establish computer-based geographic information systems and control the distribution of that information, subject to RSA 91-A. The county may finance the completion and perpetuation of the system through a special revenue fund or through nonprofit corporations. The county may charge fees for the use of the system.
II.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for the purposes of paragraph I of this section, the county convention of any county, may vote to restrict revenues from a specific source to expenditures for specific purposes. Such revenues and expenditures shall be accounted for in a special revenue fund separate from the general fund.
