§ 24:13-a — Appropriations for Life and Health Insurance
The county convention of any county shall have the power to raise and appropriate such sums of money as it judges necessary to provide group plan life, accident, medical, surgical and hospitalization insurance benefits, or any combination of such benefits, for all regular employees of the county and their dependents. The cost may be paid wholly or partly by the county.
