Text

For the purposes of this subdivision the location of junk yards or automotive recycling yards already lawfully established are considered approved by the commissioner of transportation where located and the owner of the yard considered suitable for the issuance of a temporary license. Within 60 days from the passage of this subdivision, however, the owner shall furnish the commissioner of transportation the information as to location which is required in an application, together with the license fee, and the commissioner shall issue him a license valid until April 1, 1968, at which time the owner may apply for a renewal.
