§ 236:106 — Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 236 HIGHWAY REGULATION, PROTECTION AND CONTROL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Control of Junk Yards and Automotive Recycling Yards
A person shall be guilty of a violation for each day or fraction thereof in which he is in violation of the provisions of this subdivision. All fines collected hereunder shall be deposited in the highway fund.
