Text
After an order for removal has become final, the owner of the advertising device may remove it at his own expense. If such device has not been removed within 30 days after such an order has become final, the commissioner of transportation, or his duly authorized agents, may enter upon the property where it is located and remove it without incurring any liability by reason of such entry and at the expense of such owner.
