Text
Any person who violates any provision of this subdivision or RSA 236:54 hereof or the requirements or provisions of permits thereunder, shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person, and shall cease operation of any offending establishment pending fulfillment of requirements and special provisions.
