Text
The selectmen shall, within 30 days, make a return of their proceedings and decision upon every petition presented to them and of every location by them approved under the provisions of this subdivision, and shall cause the same to be recorded by the town clerk. The fees of the selectmen and town clerk shall be paid by the petitioner.
