§ 236:37 — Authority to Sell; Deficit
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 236 HIGHWAY REGULATION, PROTECTION AND CONTROL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Encumbrances on Highways
The official shall have the same powers in making such sale as a collector of taxes has in the sale of property distrained by him, and shall be governed by the same rules; and, if the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to pay the sums specified in the warrant, he may recover the balance unpaid by action on the case against the person leaving the same.
