§ 236:34 — Proceeds of Sale
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 236 HIGHWAY REGULATION, PROTECTION AND CONTROL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Encumbrances on Highways
The official shall pay to the owner of such encumbrance the balance of the money received on the sale thereof after deducting his costs of removal, keeping and sale.
