New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 236 HIGHWAY REGULATION, PROTECTION AND CONTROL REGULATIONS·Subdivision General Provisions
State and local law enforcement officials are authorized to enforce the provisions of RSA 211:17-b, RSA 211:62-c, RSA 236:21 and RSA 236:26.
