§ 236:93 — Requirements for Operation or Maintenance
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 236 HIGHWAY REGULATION, PROTECTION AND CONTROL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Control of Junk Yards and Automotive Recycling Yards
A person shall not operate, establish or maintain a junk yard or automotive recycling yard under the provisions of this subdivision until he (1) has obtained a license to operate a junk yard or automotive recycling yard business and (2) has obtained a certificate of approval for the location of the junk yard or automotive recycling yard. Application for the license and the certificate of approved location shall be made in writing to the commissioner of transportation or his agent. The application must contain a description of the land to be included within the junk yard or automotive recycling yard, by reference to so-called permanent boundary markers.
