§ 231:68 — Accounts
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 231 CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGE DISTRICT HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Repair of Highways by Towns
Highway agents shall keep accurate accounts, showing in detail all moneys received by them, from whom and when received and all moneys paid out by them, to whom and for what purpose. They shall settle their accounts before January 1 annually, and the same shall be printed in the annual town report in detail.
