§ 231:110 — Venue
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 231 CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGE DISTRICT HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Liability of Municipalities
All actions for damages brought under the provisions of this subdivision shall be brought in the superior court of the county where the injuries were received.
