New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 231 CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGE DISTRICT HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Repair of Highways by Towns
All appropriations for the repair of highways in towns shall be committed to the collector of taxes and be collected as other taxes.
