§ 231:186 — Liability for Damages
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 231 CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGE DISTRICT HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Use of Highways by Aqueduct and Gas Companies
They shall be liable for all damages occasioned to the town or city, or to any person, by an act so done or by any negligence connected therewith.
