§ 231:14 — Apportionment of Cost
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 231 CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGE DISTRICT HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Laying Out Highways
The cost of such laying out or altering shall be apportioned between the towns by the selectmen acting as aforesaid; and their return shall not take effect until the apportionment is made.
